International Partnership

We, the Philipp-Matthäus-Hahn-Gymnasium, are open to international contact and exchange. Our primary aim is to encourage our students to broaden their minds and acquire cultural awareness, thereby enabling them to cope with the challenges of globalization in a modern world. We therefore place particular emphasis on a close relationship with our French and American friends and exchange partners. We also wish to strengthen and cultivate the idea of a united Europe.

We want to present our school and our country and offer German hospitality to our partners, so as to improve mutual understanding and cooperation.

Finally we are keen for our students to have the opportunity to use and improve their foreign languages skills and to learn about our partners and their regions.
